Yes — we always disclose at the start of the call ("you're speaking with our AI assistant"). Studies show transparency increases trust. And if they ask for a real person, the call transfers to your mobile with the conversation context already captured.

Calls automatically failover to your standard voicemail. As soon as the system's back up (typically minutes), missed calls are flagged in your dashboard with a "call back" task.

Yes — every script is customised during onboarding. You choose the assistant name, opener line, the questions it asks, what to do with urgent jobs (transfer vs book), and when to refuse work (out of area, too small, wrong trade).

Trained primarily on UK English including regional accents (Yorkshire, Geordie, Scouse, West Country, Glasgow). For trade-specific slang ("scim" for plastering, "rad" for radiator, etc.) we tune the vocabulary during your setup call.

Included as standard in the Full System and Premium plans — no per-minute call charges, no separate fee. Quote & Design plan customers can add the voice assistant as a £79/month upgrade.

You can set "office hours" so the assistant only picks up outside them — e.g. 6pm–8am Monday-Friday and all weekend. During office hours your normal phone rings as usual.
