Setup depends on your plan: 7 days for Quote & Design, 10 days for Quoting + AI Design, and 14 days for the Full System. The clock starts at your kickoff call.

You'll get progress updates every couple of days and a review call before your platform goes live.

Email support@advertising4trades.co.uk with the subject "Cancel subscription". You'll get a confirmation within one working day. We require 30 days notice — no penalties, no questions asked.

Most pricing issues come down to outdated material costs or labour rates in your quote settings. Head to your dashboard → Settings → Pricing rules and check the per-item rates against current trade prices.

If the issue persists, raise a ticket below with three example quotes and the expected prices — we'll fix the rules for you.

Each plan includes generous monthly AI visualisation credits — typically 100/month on Quote & Design, 250/month on Full System, and unlimited on Premium. Unused credits don't roll over.

Check your remaining credits anytime in your dashboard under Usage.

Three things to check: (1) call forwarding is enabled on your business line, (2) your "after hours" toggle is set correctly in dashboard → Voice settings, and (3) your monthly call cap hasn't been exceeded.

If all three look fine, open a ticket below with a sample call time and we'll trace it from our side.

Go to dashboard → Integrations → HubSpot → Connect. You'll be redirected to log into HubSpot and grant A4T access. Once connected, all new leads sync over automatically every five minutes.

Already had leads before connecting? Use the "Backfill historic leads" toggle — they'll all sync within a few hours.

Your invoices are in dashboard → Billing → Invoices. You can download any month as a VAT-compliant PDF. Need a custom date range or a corrected invoice? Open a ticket below.

First, check the service status panel below for any reported issues. If everything's green, try: (1) hard-refreshing (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R), (2) clearing your browser cache, or (3) opening in an incognito window.

Yes — minor changes (logo swap, colour tweak, new photo) are free anytime. Bigger changes (full redesign, new sections) are quoted as a one-off project. Email us with what you need.

Yes. Connect your Google, Outlook or Calendly calendar in dashboard → Integrations → Calendar. Once linked, your booking page shows only your real availability.
